FINGERPRINT
TECHNOLOGY
This is built around one of the latest solid-state capacitive technology
to provide accurate fingerprint recognition without being affected
by skin texture and condition (dryness or oiliness). Fabricated
on a silicon chip, Fingerflex features reduced power consumption
compared to optic-based sensors, with high durability for long-term
application.
NETWORKING
Fingerflex may also be fitted with an optional LAN module and RJ-45
connector for fast, high capacity network connectivity and virtually
unlimited data storage. |

Recognition algorithm is executed
by a 32- bit processor, based on RISC architecture - verification
time is less than 1.5 seconds

Caters for up to 4000 users. System allows two fingers enrollment
per user and a maximum of 1 Master user to administer the device.
Option for following card readers:
-EM compatible proximity card reader
-HID proximity card reader
-MIFARE contactless smart card reader
Wiegand format output range can be easily programmed between 26
and 56 bits. Other formats can be made available for OEM requirements.

Access
Security
The system enforces access security on all operators. This is
to prevent unauthorized usage of the system. There are 16 access right
levels which can be assigned to the operator. Each of these levels
defines the ability of the operator to access information, print reports
and issue system commands. Operator activities can be retrieved for
report generation by an authorized user. |
Alarm
Processing
Provides basic alarm processing in three stages : ACKNOWLEDGE,
DISARM and ARM. |
Real-Time
Activity Monitoring
Avtivities occurring at the controllers are reported immediately
and displayed on the On-line Monitoring Screen. These activities can
also be redirected to a printer connected to the PC. On occurrence
of an alarm or abnormal transaction, the operator is immediately alerted
by the audio alarm as highlighted display. |
Time
Management (Optional Software Package)
Time management software can be integrated into the system. IN
and OUT transactions from selected doors can be transferred for generating
time management reports, either under operator control or automatically. |
| Modem
Support (Optional Software Package)
The Modem communication module supports Hayes compatible dial-up
and leased line modems. In dial-up mode, transactions from the controllers
at remote sites are polled automatically based on predefined period.

Multi-Door Controller
EL5000 is a multi-purpose controller
offering a complete solution to meet security requirements for your
premises. It can be configured to work as a Door Access Controller,
a Lift Access Controller, a Time-Recording Terminal or a Car Park
controller. Furthermore, this all-in-one controller provides 8 access
points. This means supporting a maximum of 8-IN and 8-OUT readers
at a time.
EL5000 Controller runs on 32-bit
Super-fast Intel 386EX CPU with high-speed processing power. It
has a built-in 10Mbps10baseT Ethernet LAN Interface adapter and
handles peer-to-peer communication between controllers and host
computer by using TCP/IP Internet Protocol. Data transmission speed
between a controller and a host computer is hundred times faster
than that of Conventional RS232 or Serial Communication RS485. |
